Cat c15 jake brake not working.

The compression brakes have 3 solenoids. Each solenoid controls 2 cylinders. So in low mode cylinders 3 and 4 are activated. In medium mode cylinder 1 and 2 are activated along with 5 and 6. In high mode all of them are activated.
