I'm currently playing Choose your own mod which gives me the possibility of increasing the number of planets I want to play in.

It seems like the only way to prevent this issue is by resetting Windows, unfortunately. It is a DNS issue. Thats why certain windows accounts are having trouble, DNS can be configured differently to an account. Yes, but expect to come up against the same sorts guys, especially in GA and Supremacy. Lots of max and super high level folks who will sweat but also a few level 1-15 players. Very much still alive.
