If they determine that it's your DVR, a new can be sent for a self-install.Around 7:15p CT could not play a recording; then a couple of channels not work then more channels not working. Around 9p restarted the Receiver (DVR) and then getting message about U-verse is not avaiable at this time. Wireless receiver was working for a bit after that but then stopped as well.
