I am aware that there are potentially 3 manufacturers of this gun and I belive I have the H&R model 1908 variant. I just recently purchased a 12 gauge single shot by diamond arms co. It's a very old shotgun I bought it used and restored it. Try to restore it I'm in the process of reassembling it now.
