The partisan doesn't get much buff from the 2nd hammer and even the 1st is kind of underwhelming. And shadow on p2 benefits better from being able to step under vs blowpipe compared to the dps increase you get with blowpipe WHEN you also hit a hammer.

The acb would just be for ruby bolts on zuk so consequently is probably the least important if you're learning. Fbow is only for magers, jads, and zuk. Acb is optional, bp is not.
