Its a very simple swop. You dont need to change any springs or barrels just drop it into the XL grip module. There are many videos on youtube on how to change the module. I swoped from an original p365 to XL wilson combat grip module. Best decision i have made. The down side is they are small parts but the upside is any 365 can be converted. The P365 platform is very versatile. As a note the parts are also relatively inexpensive if you shop around. They have become my EDC's, not both at the same time, and I am very pleased with them. With a MagGuts +2 spring kit, I get 15 rounds out of their 12-round mags with one in the pipe. I'm thinking I may shoot the practice clone until something fails - see how long that takes and what goes 1st.
