Bowfa is a very good logical mid step between rcb and tbow. I dont really think we need more range items in there. I didnt really enjoy the bowfa grind. You really dont need bowfa for zulrah. you should generally just not use range until you have bowfa it's that much better than every other range item. but yeah, sure. you absolutely do not need it, people killed zulrah till pipe with regular trident and an msb for years. I'd hold off on the gauntlet grind until after you finish zulrah.

at the same time, exactly because you can get tons of kc per hour, you will hit a much higher kc before actually feeling burnt out on zulrah, since 50 hours is 1000kc with bowfa only alone, and even more if you're bringing a mage switch, meanwhile something like cg is going to be like 250-300kc (without dying to hunllef) in 50 hours
