We have a week at our condo downtown Cabo San Lucas that we do not need a car for,then planning a week between La Paz and Los Barriles. I guess we will have to email and see if any would deliver a car to downtown Cabo. I just thought that $700-800 Canadian seems pretty expensive for a week. There are a couple of very cool waterfalls in Miraflores and Santiago. We spent about an hour in both spots. The road is 2 lane and you do have to worry about cows and goats in the road. Its best to drive this section during the day. From there we drove to La Paz, with a quick stop in el Triunfo.

Re: Warm enough to swim. The water is the coldest of the year in the spring, sometimes in the 60's and yes, it is way too cold for me in April! We like it in the fall when it is in the 80's. The Corridor highway from San Jose to Cabo is 20 miles long. Wonderful Ocean views and is a major highway similar to the toll road. (But NO Toll). Yes 3 days is too short but it is better than not at all. You will get a great flavor of Cabo in 3 days and will enjoy the sun.
