They are pretty low drop rates. You've got to grind em out hard, if you can find one you can do in like 3-5 min to be worth it… my problem is with how many I've gotten, there's just one single exotic that simply won't drop. Meanwhile I've gotten like 10-20 of every other titan chest exotic.
