I'm from Chicago and I was sooooooo disappointed with Harold's but I am going to give my 2 cents. The service was slow even for a so called fast food restaurant not to mention they got me and my fiancés orders wrong that was the first mistake, you would think for the prices that they charge they would run a tight ship there but it's more like a sinking ship.
