The Brooks Glycerin 20 is amazing! As mentioned, Triumph 20, Nimbus 25. The softer it is, the more effort a heavier runner will need to put into the transitions and stabilizing your foot, and in some shoes you will feel the foot sinking into the bed because of the weight. Picking up the pace will also be a struggle.

Well i dont run in UB any more but i did use the 18 a few years back and went through 2 pairs with 700km each for long easy runs. Recently as i am doing a bit more milage and diverse training i use a bit more specialized shoes.
