Uchi, Nagakiba, Flamberge, Scythe all work at least. Many others work as well. Double slash is a pretty good ash of war for all these bleed weapons. Thunderbolt is a really good AoW for this build. I think Gravel Stone seal is optimal but I found Erdtree Seal easier to upgrade. Buffs: Electrify armament. Golden vow.

However, the Nagakiba is the best katana for almost any build for it's absurd range, put whatever ash of war you want on it and it makes it hit 10x as often, at the cost of having a bit of a worse scaling than the Uchigatana.

My main hangup is that frost imbued katanas scale with INT and DEX while Blood INFUSED katanas scale with ARC and DEX.
