Thats the major difference between higher end brands and middle of the road brand. Higher quality control and better service if things break.

In my opinion, while the Affinity is a good gun, the Benelli M2 is a better gun. The stock on the Affinity feels like cheap plastic to me. The Affinity is built by Benelli in the same plant. Looks and feels a bit like the Benelli M2, but the recoil spring is in the forearm and not the stock. With the Affinity's super long receiver, it has a longer sight plane than my 28" Remington 1100 LT-20. Can't say enough good things about the new Franchi Affinity.

The weight of the gun is misrepresented. The Affinity 20 actually weighs 6 lbs. on the nose, unloaded, not the claimed 5.6 lbs.
